India Map Learning Board

A painted puzzle map cut like a jigsaw puzzle with adjacent states being in different colors. The coins are cut accurately so that they sit precisely against each other on the map and yet they are easy to put back and remove. This map depicts all the states in India and shows the 3 water bodies around the Southern Indian peninsula also. The children enjoy the activity of taking out all the pieces and putting them all back inside one by one. Over a period of time, once they identify states by the name, they get a clear understanding of the shape, name, location and more.

Note - This puzzle is in line with the Montessori standard. There are no state names printed as this product is mainly used at the age of 4+ years and at this age, the child cannot read.
